The staff truly made the experience shine, especially Thao and Mr Doan, who helped us arrange our cruise effortlessly, saving us both time and money. Their warmth and attention to detail were evident throughout our stay, making us feel like VIP guests. The hotel's proximity to vibrant night markets and cozy waterfront bars is a huge bonus for any nightlife enthusiast, and trust me, the street food is not to be missed! My room featured all the essentials, including a comfy air conditioning unit and a sleek flat-screen TV, not to mention a delightful view of the city. If you're looking for a seamless stay in a fantastic location that offers everything from scooter rentals to airport shuttles, Sunland Halong Hotel is a top choice.
